The first time I saw or should I say heard her I knew that Miah is in fact none other than Kloe Kane. Check her piercings/tattoos, vital statistics and voice which are all identical. Kloe disappeared back in 2015 but completely reinvented herself as Miah in 2020. Why she needed to make such a drastic change we can only guess. If anyone can prove me wrong please do but I'm sure I'm right on this one.
