All of these covers are from VIPNUDES. When I click on the thumbnail of the cover on the 'Covers' pages, sometimes I get a message "Missing Cover - can you help". If you have the thumbnail, couldn't you blow it up to make a full-size cover? It may not be as good as a fresh-scanned image, but still might be usable.
