Looking at a key photo in the Met-Art set and the Femjoy set, there appears to be a mole match right below the left armpit, and an ever so slight match (might be my imagination) on the left collar bone. On the Met-Art set there appears to be two distinctive blemishes on the left hand between the thumb and forefinger which are not present in the Femjoy set. Otherwise, breast size, shape and general overall figure appear very close.
Right now, I'm leaning towards, yes, they are the same, but will wait for confirmation from one of the resident experts here.
