The "sister of Kristina Fey" bit is pretty doubtful. The group that hosts her site, which has not updated for more than a year, went through a phase of naming most of its models as "Fey". So there's Kristina and Ana, neither of whom looks like Jenya.
I suspect the "Katie" bit was to emphasise the facial similarity to Katie Holmes who was doing well on TV at the time the site started.

Jenya D is a very nice lady......I've corresponded with her via email (under her actual name).
She is very sweet and will graduate from school this spring......She's studying to be a bookeeper, as of now she is a manicurist.
One of her hobbies is cooking......I've never met her, so I don't personally know......but she says she is quite good at it.
