I've always assumed, since you wouldn't make up a name like Mrazkova that it's her real name, or at least the one she signed up for modelling with (just as Jana Mrhacova is Jana E/Heather etc). Personally I prefer to go with closest to real name you can get, but others might prefer a more common name.
At the end of the day, providing they all link to the same page it doesn't really matter.
Has a tendency to find boyfriends who object to her modelling so she retires for a while then reappears on the scene. Seems to be appearing on a lot of sites again at the moment so I'd guess she's single.
Probably my first Internet favourite and still looking just as good as when she first started posing.
