The 2nd last (15 November 2012) cover is not her. This one seems to be Betty, http://www.thenude.eu/Betty_17311.htm
The model on that cover is indeed not Kaite A. But this set features multiple models, with Zlata (Kaite A's W4B alias) being one of them.
Sorry for complaining again, but the last set MPL, Morning has broken, this time really isn't her.
I have this set and it doesn't include any pic of Kaite.

Ah yes, this has been discussed before, Hammernerd. It's a multi-model-set which indeed has a few pics of her. But as these are only few and just taken from some of her other W4B sets, i think this cover is obsolete here too.
