Sorry can't help you, deadip. I was a member on 1 July 2005 (and several years before that), I saw this photoset, I liked it and being of the "grab it while you can" persuasion, I downloaded it. So 5 years later, I still cherish it as part of my private collection. I have no idea why Met-Art subsequently pulled it, that's a question for them. They will occasionally withdraw sets, usually, as I understand it, at the model's request. In this case, both models still appear in other sets, so that can't be the reason. If you allow me some pure speculation, I would point out that Hellenia was Katerina's earliest appearance. Could it be that she wasn't quite 18 at the time?? Repeat: pure speculation...
As to Yuliya A, yes, the model named Yuliya on the "Hellenia" cover is the same model currently listed as Yuliya A in Met's index.
