I don't know about any tattoo on her stomach, but in the RylskyArt set she clearly has a tattoo on her right foot -- the word "Family" (that's right, in English), across a heart.
Much more visible through the nightdress in the MET Art "Artio" set. Looks like it might be a butterfly on the right hand side, but seems to go all the way across.
