I can help you out on the MPL covers.
When MPL first started out back in 2003, they had what was called GUEST MODELS [about 30 models in all].
Known models from other sites, so you have more than likely seen the shoots in some form that were presented on MPL.
Once MPL was up and running + established, this area of the site was no longer needed, and now you see the regular girls as it is today.
btw these old shoots are well below the quality that is on site now, this is the main reason there are no links for them
As i said, about 30 models, each had 1-3 shoots + vids.
You will not find any covers, they were simply never made.
As this Guest Model area of the site is not viewable from the site pages, here is what you have to do:
Firstly be a member.
Drop MPL a mail, asking for the link to the Guest Models.
I have always found MPL to be friendly and courteous.
